GOLDENHOUR GRAZING CO.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as your event date is secured, especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons. While we can often accommodate bookings with as little as one week's notice, three or more weeks is ideal whenever possible.
Please note that a signed contract and 50% retainer are required no later than one week prior to your event date. For this reason, we encourage clients to inquire as early as possible to ensure availability and allow ample time for planning.
Is there a guest minimum?
Yes. We specialize in larger gatherings and events, with a minimum guest count of 40 guests.
What's included?
Every graze includes an abundant assortment of artisan cheeses, charcuterie, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, olives, pickles, crackers, and fresh bread.
All grazing experiences also include:
• Plates, napkins, and cutlery
• Serving utensils
• Light greenery and light floral styling
What do I need to provide?
The most important thing is table space. As a general guideline, we require approximately 8 feet of table space for every 50 guests. Kitchen islands, banquet tables, and larger round tables can all work beautifully.
We'll review your event details beforehand to ensure there is adequate space for your selected graze.
If you'd like, you may provide basic table linens, though they are not required. All food is styled directly onto food-safe butcher paper, creating the organic, abundant look Goldenhour is known for.
Do you sell graze boxes or smaller boards?
Not at this time. We specialize in grazing tables designed for celebrations, corporate events, weddings, and gatherings of 40 guests or more.
What makes a grazing table different from traditional catering?
Unlike traditional catering, grazing tables are designed to be both food and focal point.
Thoughtfully styled with layers of color, texture, and seasonal ingredients, they create an interactive experience that encourages guests to gather, graze, and connect throughout your event.
Do you travel?
We proudly serve all of San Diego County. Travel fees may apply for areas beyond a 20 mile radius.
Do you offer cleanup?
For Gathering Tables (flat-lay grazes) cleanup is not included. Everything is disposable, allowing you to simply discard packaging or save any leftovers after your event.
For Goldenhour Tables and other styled grazing experiences, cleanup is included through 9pm. Events requiring later pickup or cleanup may incur additional fees.
Do you work with dietary restrictions?
We are happy to offer gluten-free and nut-free options when requested. However, all food is prepared in shared kitchen facilities that are not allergen-free.
Guests with severe allergies should use their own discretion when consuming any food products.
